  1. Create a coach and your team, then Find a match. Each matchup has its own board.
  2. Teams file out of separate tunnels before setup. They leave before the halftime show and return to their new ends afterward; the clock pauses for these routines.
  3. The visiting team calls heads or tails at midfield. The winner chooses the ball first or in the second half. The team without the opening ball chooses its first-quarter direction. Shake hands, then start at the receiving team’s own 25. The other team starts the second half at its own 25, without another toss.
  4. Choose one of ten offense or ten defense formations, then drag individual pieces to adjust them. Pieces face the opposing team. The gold ring marks the ball carrier. Setup defaults to a closer Follow the ball view from behind your team. Choose a jersey to locate a piece; drag it or tap open turf to place it. 6. Defender contact tackles the carrier. Four downs to gain ten yards. Touchdowns score six; safeties score two. Running plays only for now.
  7. Four two-minute quarters. The clock starts at a snap, runs between in-bounds plays, and stops for a score, sideline, measurement or break. Finish a live play at zero. A 40-second setup timer prevents stalled matches.
  8. Switch ends each quarter. Enjoy the halftime Little Legs Grand Prix. Tied games use sudden-death overtime.
  9. Watch games from the big screens. Camera controls offer ball-follow, goal-line and reverse views, including replays.
